FIRST THING YOU SHOULD DO right after you wake up is " THANKS GIVING "

There is a tremendous positive energy and feel good factor in the feeling of thanks giving. doesn't matter, you believe in god or not.  say thanks to the whole world, to the nature, to your closed once and feel it in your heart..immediately you will realize more happiness and peace.  AND THIS WILL MELT AWAY ALL THE MORNING BLUES ( sad feelings )  you feel going to office.
LOOK AT THE RISING SUN,  LOOK AT THE FLYING BIRDS, TAKE A DEEP BREATHE AND FEEL THE PURE AIR.

OBSERVE YOUR SELF FOR 1 MIN doing nothing and then start your day


you will definitely feel high, happy and in tune with yourself all day.
