" i don't feel like doing anything " syndrome

Some times we reach a state where we feel there is nothing in this world worth doing and life is so boring in that moment, we stop feeling  or reacting to anything or keep procrastinating regular work. now the question is WHY this happens and HOW TO  FIX it.

LIFE GETS BORING BECAUSE YOU START SAYING "NO"  to too many things and you stop yourself from experiencing new things.

Even when your heart says i must go rock climbing or bike riding or having a long holiday or make new friends or start doing XYZ ..... you say NO and you restrict yourself  from instant joy and then feel bad about the inactive state you are in.

Remember , WE FEEL GOOD ONLY WHEN WE ARE  DOING SOMETHING ( work in progress ) OR START DOING SOMETHING ( initiate work )

SO, START SAYING  " YES "  TO YOURSELF
Start doing things you feel like doing or want to do and immediately it will vanish all the boredom
and you will be SUPER HAPPY.

:)

FIRST THING YOU SHOULD DO right after you wake up is " THANKS GIVING "

There is a tremendous positive energy and feel good factor in the feeling of thanks giving. doesn't matter, you believe in god or not.  say thanks to the whole world, to the nature, to your closed once and feel it in your heart..immediately you will realize more happiness and peace.  AND THIS WILL MELT AWAY ALL THE MORNING BLUES ( sad feelings )  you feel going to office.
LOOK AT THE RISING SUN,  LOOK AT THE FLYING BIRDS, TAKE A DEEP BREATHE AND FEEL THE PURE AIR.

OBSERVE YOUR SELF FOR 1 MIN doing nothing and then start your day

you will definitely feel high, happy and in tune with yourself all day.

look for beauty ( turn towards nature ), see things around you that are unusual, that are pleasing like a flower in a pot, like a nice painting, like a nice view outside the window, if you have internet around checkout this link.
